FAQs
What happens first?
First explore our website. Then if you are interested, reach out by giving us a call or through the link provided on our contact page to schedule a tour. Write down all of your questions and come see our beautiful classrooms. We will offer you a tour and answer any questions you may have. If interested, we will place you on the waitlist or enroll as spaces become available.
Do you provide meals?
Yes, home cooked meals are provided daily by our amazing cook. The menus are posted in the classrooms. Feel free to take a picture of the menu. If your child has dietary restrictions, just let us know upon enrollment and if there are any changes. We will accommodate them to the best of our ability.
We supply formula and purees in our infant programs as well.
What do I need to bring the first week?
We ask that you bring at least two changes of clothing- be sure to label EVERYTHING. Check your child’s cubby for soiled clothing and replace as needed.
Your child will need a crib sheet and small blanket for nap.
Bring a printed family photo to add to the classroom. The photos help us to incorporate your family into the environment and help children to calm down when they miss their families.
Can my child bring toys from home?
No, Please keep your valuable and meaningful items at home. The classrooms have many materials for the children to use. Bringing items from home causes conflict between the children. They are still learning to take turns and share. It’s difficult to see your friend breaking or using something that is precious to them.
How do we pay tuition?
The preschool uses the Brightwheel app to manage billing. Once enrolled you will invited to the app and connected to your child’s automated billing profile. You will be able to pay through the app. If you have an issue with payments, program changes, or tuition, Let the director know as soon as possible.
Do you take alternative payments/subsidies?
Yes, we accept Child Development Associates, YMCA, and Child Care Aware ( Military).
